Ground screws are an eco friendly alternative to concrete foundations. After the helical screws are driven into the ground, assembly begins.
Foundations
Pent Haus garden rooms are constructed from pre insulated SIP panels. These are manufactured off site and assembled on site allowing for quick installation times and minimal disruption. They come with an electrical package, an EPDM roof covering system and a choice of internal finishes. Pent Haus garden rooms come with a 10 year structural guarantee.
Construction
Pent Haus garden rooms are externally finished with toughwood cladding. An engineered wood that comes in a range of colours.
Internally, these garden rooms are available with a plastered finish or tounge and groove wood paneling.
External/Internal
Due to the pre fabricated nature of these builds, they have limited options for size and style. But if you want a high quality well insulated garden room on a budget then this is the package for you!
