Our garden rooms are usually built on a ground screw foundation system. Ground screws are an eco-friendly alternative to concrete foundations. After the helical screws are driven into the ground, we build our deck frame on top.

Foundations

Our timber framed garden rooms are bespoke so can be made to any shape or size you like. They are fully insulated, come with an electrical package and are plastered. On flat roof constructions we use an EPDM roof covering system. On pitched roof constructions we offer many roof covering options including slates and tiles. All our windows and doors have an A+ energy rating as standard. All structural work is guaranteed for 10 years.
